even in the virtual world we still cannot afford a University...not even the Lost University....

It is definitely UNFAIR! I refuse to get blu-ray, and start all over again with my movies, AND my laptop!! Might as well go to a "real" university!. This is as bad as the Dharma Initiative thing was - it ended near the end of the whole participation thing - before we could finish the tasks and tests! At least it was all on-line! I don't mind getting the DVD for the seasons, but would rather do the iTunes way. I agree with a lot of other posters about Blu-Ray being a passing thing - something else will come even sooner than DVDs did with the VCR - a lot sooner! I took the test, signed up, NOW WHAT?????

I waited so much for this and now I won´t even be able to enroll to classes??? And I thought they were willing to compensate on us after the "Join The Dharma" fiasco. They have no idea how much a blueray DVD and player are in Brazil!! ABSURD! I refuse to buy it.. LOST fans are the most dedicated ones.. for what?? Thanks so much for letting us down!

Ok, I think LU is totally awesome, and incorporating the blu-ray technology into this is also cool. If there was an option to buy dvds, not just blu-rays, to sign up for classes, there wouldn't be that much of a problem; Even though the extra 20 bucks is probably worth it for blu-ray. I think the problem here is that blu-ray isn't that mainstream yet and who can afford the 200-400 dollar player to go along with it. I know that's my problem. I'd totally buy blu-ray, but I'm not shelling out the extra cash for the player, just to watch LOST and participate in LU. Totally uncool...

I agree. It's totally not fair.
We should be able to take the classes via internet.
Or why would there we a website for it?
It doesn't make sense at all.
